Instructions for Use:
1.Clean and wash your pump before by steaming or by boiling in water for 2-3 minutes.
2.Invert the flange and place on your breast with your nipple in the center of the neck of the pump.
3.Squeeze the bottom of the pump to expel air and release. When you feel suction and milk begin to flow, carefully flip the flange back to its original position.
4.When you have finished expressing or the flow of milk slows, transfer the breast milk to a baby bottle or storage container.
